By using MetricFit (“the Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service is educational

The Service provides a free, educational self-assessment that interprets lifestyle and dietary patterns and suggests categories of nutritional supplements. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not create a doctor-patient relationship. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, stopping, or combining supplements, especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, under 18, managing a medical condition, or taking any medication.

3. Safety screening

You agree to answer the safety screening section truthfully. The Service may refuse to generate a recommendation based on your answers; this is a safety feature, not a malfunction.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the assessment.

5. Affiliate relationships

The Service is free to use. Recommendation slots may use affiliate links: if you buy through them, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. See the Affiliate Disclosure. Commissions never influence safety vetoes or evidence grading.

6. Intellectual property

The assessment structure, grading methodology, text, and design are owned by MetricFit and protected by copyright. You may not scrape, systematically copy, or republish the questionnaire or its logic without written permission.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MetricFit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, and its total liability shall not exceed USD 100.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify MetricFit against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operatoru2019s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence still apply.
